Cancelation and Late Policy
It is important to us that our guests understand that the proceeds collected under this policy go directly to compensate, in part, the service providers who have lost income due to an untimely cancellation. It is by no means a punitive policy but rather one of restoration.
- Less than 12 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Arriving late may affect the length of your service, or prevent us from providing you with the full service(s) you booked. Arriving late will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount for those services we are unable to perform in your booked time as a result of the late arrival.
- Incorrect booking of service type by the client will result in a charge of 50% of the fee for the services booked but unused.
